About the Course

Date: Monday, May 12, 2025 Course: Learn how to make Vietnamese Crispy Fried Spring Rolls (Chả Giò) not one style-but three unique styles. Chef Nancy will show you how to make a classic pork filling and how to add extra umami to your rolls using crab/shrimp and other seasonings. Vegan filling will also be included in the tutorial as well as, "nước chấm" dipping sauce. Other important things such as reheating and storing will also be covered. Grab a date and make it a fun Monday night!


What’s included: All ingredients and supplies for class. Ingredients include vegan and non-shellfish options.

Take home recipe card. Take-home Starter Kit for your next at-home session (available for purchase). *You may bring wine, the maximum is one bottle per two guests. Please email nsquared85@gmail.com if you wish to bring a bottle.
