One-Hour Pho

Date: Monday, April 21, 2025 Course: Learn how to make delicious and easy beef pho at home, in one hour. Chef Nancy will show you how to make a broth that's flavorful and rich in an hour, and how to select proteins to top your pho. She will also show you how to cook rice noodles (banh pho) and make a simple dipping sauce. Invite a friend or date and make it a fun Monday night, eating delicious pho and wine.*

What’s included: All ingredients and supplies for class. Ingredients include vegan and non-shellfish options.
